Angajăm Tâmplar Betonist pentru Fundatii Mari în Zona Veghel – Olanda

Căutăm tâmplari betonisti calificați pentru a lucra la fundațiile unor depozite mari în zona Veghel din Olanda. Candidatul ideal va avea experiență în construcțiile rezidențiale și industriale, dar experiența în infrastructură nu este necesară pentru acest rol.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Citirea și interpretarea planurilor de construcție
  • Realizarea cofrajelor tradiționale
  • Turnarea betonului
  • Împletirea și fixarea barelor de armă
  • Lucrul în echipă pe proiecte mari de fundații

Cerințe:

  • Experiență în construcțiile rezidențiale și industriale (experiența în infrastructură nu este necesară)
  • Abilitatea de a citi planuri de construcție
  • Cunoștințe bune de limba engleză
  • Permis de conducere obligatoriu
  • Disponibilitatea de a călători și de a lucra ore lungi în întreaga Olanda
  • Deschidere pentru șederi ocazionale la hotel (cazare și masă sunt asigurate)

Condiții de muncă:

  • Începerea zilei la ora 5 dimineața în zona Veghel, lucrătorii fiind transportați cu autobuzul la șantier
  • Compensare de €0.23/km pentru deplasarea de la cazare la locația de lucru și înapoi
  • Salariul de €19.21 brut pe oră după 45 de minute de deplasare (atât dus, cât și întors)
  • Programul normal de lucru: 37.5 ore pe săptămână, cu 125% plata orelor suplimentare pentru primele 3 ore și 150% sâmbăta
  • Compensare de €50 pe noapte pentru cazare în hotel (cazare și masă sunt asigurate)

Procesul de recrutare:

  • După selecție, candidatului i se va cere să ajungă duminică în Olanda la cazările noastre
  • Luni va da proba de lucru
  • Marți va începe lucrul
