We are looking for experienced Concrete Carpenters to work on large warehouse foundation projects across the Netherlands.

Requirements:

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience in residential or utility construction (infrastructure experience is not suitable)
• Skilled in traditional formwork, concrete pouring, and iron braiding
• Willingness to work across the Netherlands and long workdays
• Good English skills and a valid driving license are mandatory
• Candidates do not have to apply as a pair; individual applications are welcome

Working Conditions:

• Start at 5 AM, travel from accommodation to the meeting point with own transport (€0.23/km reimbursed)
• Transport to the project site with the team, paid €19.21 gross/hour after 45 minutes of travel
• Standard 37.5-hour workweek, with 125% overtime for the first 3 extra hours and 150% on Saturdays
• Occasional hotel stays (when required), with €50 gross compensation per night, hotel and meals arranged

Hiring Process:

• Suitable candidates will be interviewed (video call possible)
• Once selected, the worker arrives on Sunday, meets the team on Monday, and starts working on Tuesday
